Located on the corner of Symonds and Wakefield Streets, this purpose-built accommodation opened its doors for the first time in February 2017. This new complex offers modern, comfortably furnished, air-conditioned studio rooms only a short walk from Queen Street and the University of Auckland City and Grafton campuses.

Every room has an ensuite bathroom and each apartment has a king single bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, full kitchenette and wireless internet. Guests can also enjoy the use of the communal games room, lounges and music rooms in the facility. There is a large furnished deck at the rear of the building to enjoy the afternoon sun.
